Ingredients of Healthy Pancakes
- Prepare 1 cup of pumpkin.
- You need 1 cup of oats blended into a powder.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of raw sugar.
- Prepare 2 of eggs.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
- It’s to taste of honey/maple syrup.
- You need of Olive oil/coconut oil.
Healthy Pancakes instructions
- Cut the pumkin in pieces and put in a pot to boil for 5 minutes (Until it gets soft).
- If you don't have powder oats don't panic just put rolled oats in the blender….
- When the oats look like powder, just had the pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon also inside the blender. (1 minute).
- Take a pan and put some olive oil or coconut oil. When hot, pour in until you get the size desired. Cook on both sides..
- Top it up with honey or maple syrup.
