- Make coffee in a pan then add sugar & stir until dissolved. I used an 8 in 1 boiled water then added the coffee granules..
- Leave to cool then stir in the baileys.
- Cover & put into the fridge to completely cool & for the flavours to infuse. About 30+ minutes.
- Turn ice cream machine on, paddles turning pour into the machine.
