- Prepare 1 can of condensed milk.
- It’s 400 g of or 400mL brown sugar.
- It’s 1 Tbsp of golden syrup.
- It’s 100 g of butter.

- Heat a pot on the stove..
- Add 100g butter to the pot and allow half to melt..
- Once butter is halfway melted, add 1 can condensed milk..
- While stirring the mixture add brown sugar and golden syrup..
- Stir the mixture until sugar is dissolved and butter completely melted..
- Continue stirring while mixture boils for 10 – 15 minutes on a low heat. While stirring, allow to boil in between for a few seconds..
- Remove from heat and stir slowly in both directions..
- To taste the readiness of the fudge, place a half tspn of the mixture in cold water. If the mixture turns toffee-like, then it's ready. If not, allow to boil for another 2 – 5 minutes while stirring slowly..
- Once ready, poor mixture into a flat tray with wax paper and allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour to 2 hours..
- Once set, cut the solid fudge into blocks for your desire..
