- It’s 2 cups of beef broth.
- Prepare 1 of &1/2 tsp sugar.
- You need 1/2-1 of &1/2 cup water.
- You need of Salt and pepper.
- It’s of *Chilli Spice Mix**.
- You need 1-2 tsp of cayenne pepper (depending on taste).
- You need 4 tsp of paprika powder.
- It’s 2 tsp of cumin powder.
- You need 2 tsp of garlic powder.

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion, cook for 1 minute, then add bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Turn heat up to high and add beef. Cook, breaking it up as you go, until mostly browned. Add Chili Spice Mix. Cook until beef is browned all over. (This step helps release extra flavour from the spices).
