Ingredients of Pizza Dough
- You need 190 ml of warm water.
- Prepare 5 g of dry active yeast.
- You need 475 of bread flour.
- You need 10 g of salt.
- Prepare 10 g of sugar.
- You need 50 ml of oil.
- It’s 60 g of (1 large) egg.
Add flour and stir until a sticky dough forms. Transfer dough to an oiled bowl and brush top with oil. It is best if prepared in advance and refrigerated overnight. Refrigerated dough will keep several days.
