  11. You need 1/4 tea spoon of Garam masala.
  12. Prepare of Turmeric powder.

  17. It’s of Fried gram 2 tbl spoon.
  18. You need 2 tea spoon of Fennel seeds.

To cut down the cooking time, you can also cook the curry in a pressure cooker. In a mixer, take cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, soaked cashews and milk. Grind them to a fine paste, keep aside. Cook cauliflower with a pinch of salt and keep aside.

Cauliflower gravy instructions

  1. Cut Cauliflower and put in salted hot water for 10 mins.
  2. Grind all the ingredients mentioned under 'to grind' and keep aside.
