Churros with choco dip instructions
- Bring water to boil.
- Add butter and sugar.
- Let it melt.
- Add flour and mix dip it doesn't form any lumps.
- Take a piping bag with start nozzle and make lines.
- Rest for 2 to 3 hours.
- Now chop milk and dark chocolate compound.
- Melt in double boiler.
- Add whipping cream and milk.
For the chocolate dip: Melt crushed chocolate in metal bowl over hot water. Boil cream and mix with chocolate. Add flour all at once and stir with a wooden spoon.
