- preheat oven to 350°.
- cream together brown sugar, butter, milk and eggs.
- mix in bisquick.
- in pieces add bananas 1 at a time until incorporated.
- pour batter into greased bread pan or baking dish of choice (i use an 8×10 casserole because i dont have a bread pan).
- bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
- remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes for easier removal from pan.
